Shipping & Returns


Regular boxes will ship within 1-2 days of an order being placed. If you need a kit by a certain date, please email us at At this time, we currently ship in the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future. 

Subscriptions ship by the 15th of each month. Your first subscription box ships the month after the calendar month in which you make your purchase. So if you buy a subscription on October 15, your first kit ships mid-November and you are not billed again until December 1. 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
- Seasonal items returned with less than 5 business days left before the holiday cannot be refunded. 

To complete your return, we require you contact us from the same email address that placed the order.

Subscription Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations

You will be billed for a subscription on the 1st day of the calendar month in which you will receive a subscription box. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so before the 1st day of the calendar month in which no longer wish to receive a subscription box.

Refunds (if applicable)
To make a return, please email Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and if approved, the address to which to send the box you are returning.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
